Northcrest Living Center has 70 employees, which ensures the staff/resident ratio is excellent. Having such a great staff/resident ratio allows for each resident to receive the proper care and interaction that they deserve. In addition to the staff/resident ratio, Northcrest Living Center achieved a wonderful goal by receiving a deficiency-free annual survey in 2012.
